Crunchyroll said that on Friday January 19, 2024, it has been start showing the English-dubbed version of the anime The Demon Prince of Momochi House.
Crunchyroll also released what looks like the full team list for the production and a list of some of the actors who will be in the dub.

The Demon Prince of Momochi House Storyline
The Demon Prince Of Momochi House is about Himari Momochi, a homeless girl who gets a strange letter on her 16th birthday. The note says she received a big house called “The Momochi House.”
Himari has nothing left from her real family because she is an orphan girl. She happily accepts the offer of an inheritance and goes into the house. She didn’t know that the house was cursed and lay between the real world and the world of the dead.
As she walks into the house, she meets Aoi Nanamori, the demon prince who watches over it and keeps evil spirits away. Ise and Yukari, his friends, live with him.
They all told her to leave the house right away, but she made a promise to make all three of them leave. Himari learns that the house is a way to get to the world of spirits when a youkai attacks her.
