Next, we get introduced to our love interest Kim Shin; her name is Ji Eun-Tak, played by Kim Go-Eun. Now Ji Eun-Tak is not like any other girl as she is full of life and energy even though she has had a tragic life in the past.
Her life changes forever when she accidentally calls upon the Goblin, Kim Shin. The Goblin’s nephew, Yoo Deok-hwa, rents out his house to an actual Grim Reaper so they have two types of Grim Reapers living under one roof.
Ji Eun-tak takes up a side job at a chicken restaurant owned by Sunny, played by Yoo Inna. Their lives overlap with a deeper story already told; over the incorporation beyond just strangers of chance, people with rooted relations have come about.

At the end of the show, we saw how all our favorite characters got the endings they deserved with everyone being happy at the end, including Grim Reaper getting a second life alongside Sunny, which means they would get to have a healthy love life until they die.
Our protagonist Goblin was not fortunate enough as he saw everyone he loved around him die while he stayed alive through it all due to his immortality, but even he got the bride for himself in the finale.
