The story follows Oh Jin Sung, a detective working in the case free town of Woojin. Things were peaceful in this town until a murder occurred and Oh Jin Sung’s younger brother, Oh Jin Woo, became the prime suspect.

In order to solve the mystery behind the murder and save his brother (if he is not guilty), Oh Jin Sung gets transferred to the special investigation team in the serial murder case solving department.

Just when Oh Jin Sung manages to clear Jin Woo’s name from the murder case, Jin Woo gets killed. Now Oh Jin Sung is more determined to solve the serial murder case and catch his brother’s murderer.

The public prosecutor’s office and the police create a special investigation unit to solve the case of a serial killer when things get way too out of hand. But cracking the case is just the beginning; there are still more victims to be found.

An additional factor is the team’s internal dynamics and the emotional difficulties that arise between additional characters. “Longing for You” is a fancy, unusual treat for crime thriller fans because it combines a complex personal dynamic with a crime case to create a splendidly explosive mixture.

As his defense, Yong Woo said that his mother has always cared for him, and he appreciated whatever she has done for him.

But it was clear that his mother was the bigger even who was ready to harm someone for some money. By the end, Jin Woo gets his justice when Jeong Sook and Woo No get life sentences.
