Alice and Jack Season 2 Storyline: What Would It Be Able to Be About?
The story is about a woman and a man named Alice and Jack.
Alice and Jack went on their first date after meeting online, but Alice rejected him due to her childhood traumas. Life kept on bringing them together by coincidence. A few years later, Jack got married to Lynn, had a kid, and was living happily with his wife.
Alice, on the other hand, decided to get married to Danny but broke off the engagement as she still had feelings for Jack. Suddenly Alice called Jack one day and his life completely changed. He meets her, and all the emotions that were buried deep inside her heart resurface. They still had feelings for each other.
Later, she decided to do artificial insemination to have a baby as she was desperate for a family. While she is at the hospital, Jack reaches there for emotional support, but they end up sleeping together, which leads to Alice getting pregnant with Jack’s baby.
During the pregnancy, she gets diagnosed with cancer. Jack, by then, was a researcher. He tried every other way to save Alice while she was going through chemotherapy. She gave birth to their daughter and named her Celia.
Unfortunately, Alice dies. Later on, Jack also dies of cardiac arrest, and Celia is shown near the grave of Alice and Jack as she misses her parents; hence, a long love story has a tragic ending.
What Happened at the End of Alice and Jack Season 1?
Alice wanted to get artificial insemination because she wanted a family. She craved the love and affection of the family, but Jack reached out, and they ended up sleeping together. Alice becomes pregnant with Jack’s child, but soon, Alice is diagnosed with cancer.
She is going through chemotherapy while Jack is a scientist trying to find a treatment for her after giving birth to Celia, their daughter. She passed away soon after she died. Jack also passed away due to a cardiac arrest.
At last, Celia was shown near the grave of Alice and Jack, portraying how life is too short to wait for the right moments and how you should cherish the love of your life.
What Can We Expect from Alice and Jack Season 2?
There is no such announcement by the makers. Due to the low rating of the show, the makers probably won’t make a second season. If they make a second season as Alice and Jack are dead, they can show Celia’s life with other characters involved and develop the story around the existing characters by introducing a few new characters.
They can show how difficult it was for Celia to live alone without her parents and how she misses them at each and every moment of her life. They can show Celia’s love story and how she also faces similar problems as her parents did, but how she makes the right decisions and makes her love story a successful one.
