A Swedish detective partners up with a local Garde officer in a small fishing village on the west coast of Ireland because she suspects that drugs are being transported from Sweden to Ireland via fishing boats.
In addition to this being the primary narrative, there are also a number of subplots. Sinead Cusack is almost convincing as the only female trawlerwoman in the village, and the rest of the cast delivers competent performances.
