The story of the Korean drama Marry My Husband revolves around our protagonist Kang Ji-Won played by the actress Park Min-Young who has been married to Park Min-Hwan played by the actor Lee Yi-Kyung.
So far, her marriage is not what she thought it would be because of her husband who is quite selfish, and her mother-in-law who keeps demanding things from her without batting an eye on her son.
Kan Ji-Won is the only earning member of the family because Park Min-Hwan does not have a job and he is also burdened by a lot of debt. She is stressed out in life with her job and her husband but the pain does not just stop there as she has to take care of the house as well.
Later in the story, Kan Ji-Won discovers that she has cancer and while this news is already sad, it gets worse when she finds out her unemployed husband is cheating on her with her friend Jung Soo-Min played by Song Ha-Yoon.
Realizing what is going on, she gets into a physical altercation with them and ends up getting murdered in cold blood by her unfaithful husband.
On opening her eyes, Kang Ji-Won finds herself alive and well but she has gone back 10 years back in the past during the time she was in the dating phase with her future husband Park Min-Hwan.
She comes up with an idea to change her future by patching Jung Soo-Min and her future husband together so that she can have a better future for herself.
However, on the other side, Yoo Ji-Hyeok played by Na In-Woo is Kang Ji-Won’s co-worker who secretly has a crush on her which he reveals later in the story.
