La Brea is a science fiction show that discusses the La Brea Tar Pits and Wilshire Boulevard situated in Los Angeles where to everyone’s surprise a sinkhole opens.
This sinkhole swallows anything that was near it as buildings, humans, and even vehicles get sucked inside never to be seen again.
The people who make it out alive decide to stick together to fight and survive this massive sinkhole gulping everything that touches it. The story of La Brea follows Eve, Gavin, Izzy, and Harris looking for each other as they try to reunite after this massive turn of events killing hundreds of humans.
The group journey together gets easy due to the visions that Gavin has which let him see where Eve and Josh are at all times. This massive sinkhole in Los Angeles gets the attention of the United States Department of Homeland Security that are researching something identical in Mojave Desert.
The people investigating this sinkhole soon discover that this sinkhole is temporarily connected to the same location which teleports anything that it swallows back to 10,000 BC. This is where the survivors come in who are finding it difficult to find their way back home before the portal closes on itself.
In season 2 of La Brea, a massive revelation reveals that in 2076, the researchers were trying to find a viable solution to the problem of lack of natural resources to avoid extinction which accidentally led to the opening of the portal, and this whole operation was called Lazarus Project.
What is even more shocking is the fact that the leader of the Lazarus Project is none other than James Mallet, Gavin’s father.

What happened at the end of La Brea Season 3?
The fans are anxiously waiting to know how the creators of La Brea will end season 3 in just 6 episodes. We know that the episodes will be long but it still does not explain how they are going to wrap La Brea so quickly which was supposed to go on for a few more seasons.
