Plotline Of Hyperdrive : What would it be able to be About?
The story of Hyperdrive takes us to the distant future! The year is 2151. We see a British spaceship, “HMS Camden Lock,” roaming around the Galaxy on a mission to serve British interests. No, you are wrong! This time, they are not on a mission to explore the unexplored regions in space! They are not talked into investigating the alien species living in distant alternative worlds.
Rather, the HMS Camden Lock, with its crew members, are charged with increasing the British influence outside our small planet Earth – into the Darkness! We see the Captain of the Spaceship, Captain Michael Henderson, a character who loves all things exploration! We can also see the Space Commander has a special place in his heart for “Captain Helix.”
Under his direct charge is First Officer Eduardo Pauline York, a sociopath with a sadist attitude. Next in line is Diplomatic Officer Chloe Alice Teal, who is shown in the series to have a strong crush on Commander Henderson! We see that Teal never qualified her tests, and is in the Spaceship just because her father was an ambassador.
Nepotism! There is yet another crew member, Navigator Dave Vine who has a planet of his own, named “Vineworld”. HMS Camden Lock has yet another crew member, Technical Officer Karl Jeffers, an easygoing and chill officer in the Spaceship.
The portrayal of Karl Jeffers’s character in the series is quite strange – we see in the series that he has a special liking for alien music, especially “Lallakiss War Anthem”- Kill The Humans.
The last crew member is “Sandstrom”, an enhanced human who is in charge of keeping the Spaceship “in function “.
We see in the series that she agreed to have her mind and body altered to serve the British Interests in exchange for her student loan. We see that this “android “like a human has a special feeling for York.

The Season 2 of the British Sci-fi series, “Hyperdrive,” concluded on an open note when the Crew found out that there is a “traitor” among their own group.
In the concluding episode of Season 2, we saw that HMS Camden Lock Spaceship was in charge of transporting a giant space gun, that having the potential to destroy the entire Earth! Soon, an Alien species tried to take away with the gun, but they were prevented by the Crew.
In the meantime, the Crew manages to capture an Alien, who later says that there is a “back-stabber” among the Crew. Hence, the Crew decides to use the Spaceship’s detective software to find out who is the real betrayer.
What can we expect from Hyperdrive Season 3?
The last episode of Hyperdrive Season 2 ended on a cliffhanger when Space Commander Henderson and First Officer York get trapped in Vine’s dream, set in the 1990s.
The show further throws light on a powerful weapon that is now being invaded by Scrane. The Crew realized that someone in their group was a traitor and thus decided that each officer should get checked by the Spaceship’s detector software.
This is where the Hyperdrive Season 3 episodes is expected to pick up from. Although there is no Hyperdrive Season 3 trailer at the moment, we can expect to see “who is the real traitor” among the crew members in the series.
