What happened at the end of American Horror Stories Season 3?
The last episode of Season 3 of American Horror Stories, named Organ revolves around a man named Toby. Toby is a womanizer and a sexist.
He is very selfish and uses women only for sexual pleasure. This negative protagonist is afraid of commitments, and thus we see him only going on dates and not taking it to the next level.
On one of his dates, he meets a beautiful woman named Natessa. When they are about to get intimate at his place, Natessa sticks an injection in him.

He wakes up the next morning, all groggy and in pain, as he discovers a bleeding stitch on his stomach, which proves that he was a victim of organ theft and that Natessa was an organ harvester.
He immediately goes to the doctor to confirm his suspicions. They also find a strange, unidentifiable organ in place of the missing one, which they couldn’t recognize. Toby decides to gain information on Natessa by forcing his hacker friend to find details about her.
This friend informs him that she was present at an organ auction show. Toby charges the auction, finds Natessa, and threatens her with a gun to tell him what she replaced her organ with.
Natessa reveals that she is an English actress who was hired by a shady company to inject Toby and knock him out. After he was unconscious, a group of doctors performed surgery on him. Natessa begged for her life, but Toby accidentally shot her, thus killing her.
Finally coming back to his senses, Toby goes to Sasha, his friend, and tells her everything. Sasha begs him to go to the police and tell them everything. He does so, and the police ask him to take them to the auction site.
However, to Toby’s surprise, the place is empty, and on account of the murder, Toby gets arrested. As he is taken back to the station, it is revealed that the cops were part of the organ harvesters of the company.

Soon it is revealed that Sasha is the leader and Lee is her boss, and they explain to Toby about the organ he has inside him. It is a special organ called the Glans Natalli.
This artificial organ can improve the lives of women. They then disclose their plan about how they are going to harvest the organs of dozens of people, and taking them out of a person can lead to death.
They extract the organs from Toby and sell them to a woman, while two women watch from afar. The episode ends with Toby’s ironic death. He used to use women for pleasure, while the women used his life to make their lives better.

What will be going to happen in Season 4 with expectations and spoilers?
Season 4 is going to have some crazy stories. Some episodes will have a connection to the original American horror story. It is not a horror show with ghosts or monsters in every episode.
Some episodes will highlight how humans can be worse than what we fear. Humans can be the worst sometimes, and Season 4 will further highlight that. Some Karmic Justice episodes will also have scenes where a character pays for their sins with their lives.
