The World of the Married Season 2 Storyline: What Would It Be Able to Be About?
The World of the Married showcases the lives of Jin Sun-woo, an accomplished and well-renowned doctor who is also the associate director of the Family Love Hospital; she is married to Lee Tae-oh, an aspiring scriptwriter who lives happily with their child, Lee Joon-young.
The happiness soon fades as Sun woo discloses the mystery of a strand of brown hair found on her husband’s scarf.
As she enquires further about the strand of hair and her husband’s odd work hours, she discovers that the hair belonged to none other than Da-Kyung, whose picture was on Tae oh’s phone along with her friend’s Ye Rim and Je Hyuk.
Following this, Sun Woo confronts her husband on the matter and decides to get a divorce while Tae Oh contemplates taking the divorce on the account that he loves both Da-Kyung and his wife. But it is soon revealed that Da-Kyung is pregnant, and Sun Woo sleeps with her husband’s friend, who was also Ye Rim’s husband.
After the back and forth onslaught of psychological advances in their revenge scheme, she also provokes her Tae-oh on the account that she has harmed their son, due to which Tae-oh ends up assaulting Sun-woo, all of which was observed by Joon-young who chooses to live with his mother.
It is after this act that it is revealed the whole act was a set up by Sun woo to influence their son into choosing her. Tae Oh is arrested, and he leaves with Da-Kyung under a restraining order. After which Sun Woo also purchases Tae Oh’s film studio and moves into his home.
Tae Oh moves in with Da-Kyung and her influential filmmaker parents in thoughts of reviving his career. Following this, how the series progresses and how the dynamics between the characters and their relationship alter form the basis of the series.
What Happened at the End of The World of the Married Season 1?
The season one of The World of the Married ended with Da-Kyung leaving Tae oh to pursue her studies, and the current whereabouts of Tae oh remain unknown to the public while he is still living in Go-sanbut and indulges in drinking all day, and still continues to write a script for his career.
Joon-young was unable to live in his parent’s house and would not be able to survive under such conditions, which results in him running away from his home. When Sun Woo did try to find him, it was only after a year as she was having supper the door open and Joon young appear, leaving Sun woo teary-eyed.
