The fans are in for a treat as the long running animated show has been renewed up to Season 10 which means the next Season 8 is in the making. However, no release date has yet been given by the officials and though it is predicted to release sometime in 2024. Rick and Morty Storyline
Rick and Morty was introduced as an animated sitcom which has adult comedy and science fiction through the adventures. Rick and Morty portrays the many exciting adventures of the Smith Household.
The family consists of parents named Jerry and Beth along with their children Summer and Morty and also Mortys grandfather named Rick Sanchez and he lives as a guest for a short period of time but decides to stay for a long time.
Rick and Morty goes out on adventures with a number of quests and thus the adventures takes place through infinite number of realities that sets in. Major kind of problems seems to occur in other planets and dimensions which are somehow linked with the crisis of Earth and escalate to a big level.
Rick and Morty goes on to travel through realms in order to sort the problems out. Rick has a flying saucer which helps them travel through portals and they make their journey every now and then to figure out what’s going wrong in those realms.
Rick is known to be a mad scientist and is alcoholic which creates an even bigger fuss. Rick does not support any ordinary life evets such as school, marriage, etc. and keeps reminding Morty that he is made for something big.
Morty on the other hand is known to be a distressed kid who is light hearted. Both of them comes across a different kind of troubles but seems to help each other with it and help each other.

The ending of Season 7 was interesting and the post credit scene was considered genius by the viewers. Rick and Morty has been through a number of adventures through parallel universes and every season has its own post credit scene which gave a big sign on how the next season will be leading with.
The post credit scene of the seventh season was pretty much twisted as the uber rich were being mocked and were tagged as the immature idiots. The show played a smart move with showing the billionaires as evil and trying to conquer the world with their skills.
One of the move which caught the eye was lack of involvement Summer through some episodes in the seventh season and the post credit scene showed her stepping in. The post credit scene had Summer laughing on the billionaire as he tried convincing her into joining him and thus the post credit scene was the funny stinger that the viewers liked.
