Notti Osama, aged 14 years old, was a hip-hop artist struggled to make his career big, make his dream true along with his brother, DD Osama.
Osama was a drill rapper and his real name was Ethan Reyes and was based in Yonkers, New York. Reyes was the youngest of six siblings and had recently moved from Harlem to Yonkers.

Notti Osama Stabbing Incident
Ethan’s death is said to be from an alleged altercation with a fellow rapper at the 137th Street/City College station, dated 9 July 2022.
It was said that Osama was feuding with a fellow rapper as it is common in drill rap where rappers often diss each other and it often leads to beef with each other.
When walking in his old neighborhood of Hamilton Heights alongside his two friends, Osama spotted the rapper he was beefing with, and he followed him with a broom handle.
Osama and his friends cornered the rapper in the underground station at the platforms and began hitting him with the stick.
In retaliation and self-defense, the rapper, who is said to be 15 years old, stabbed the knife to Osama, which hit him in the abdomen.
Osama’s friends swung a sharp object on the suspect from which he sustained puncture wounds and was thrown to the platform. He escaped when Osama’s friends were checking upon the victim after he collapsed on the platform.
Who was charged for the Notti Osama Murder?
Some sources claim that the name of the suspect who stabbed Osama was Kevin Martinez.
But the police didn’t want to officially name the 15-year-old suspect as he was still young and had a life ahead of him, which could be tarnished due to bad publicity.
The suspect was initially charged with second-degree murder, however when it was discovered that the victim and his friends had cornered the accused, the prosecutor lowered the charges to first-degree manslaughter.

Osama was taken to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, where he couldn’t survive the stab wound and died. Tributes began pouring in for the young rapper, as soon as the news of his death was made public.
One of the rapper’s friends said that he had a million-dollar smile at a candlelight memorial in Manhattan.
An unknown person who called himself a close friend of the rapper but preferred to hide his identity said that Osama was determined to become a famous rapper and worked hard every day to reach his goal.
Some of his friends set up a GoFundMe page to pay for the rapper’s funeral, with a goal to raise $10000. The fund page already saw $ 5000 being raised by 11 July 2022.
