Mouse Storyline: What would it be able to be About?
From the mind of Choi Ran, who was inspired by an actual mother’s story from a murder case in 2017, Mouse (마우스) is a South Korean thriller drama starring Lee Seung Gi and Lee Hee Joon.
The story begins with the question “What if we could identify psychopaths before they commit any crimes”. Some people thought they could make a world without psychopaths and bad people if they could predict psychos in advance. Thus, the OZ organization was established. They believed they could alter the course of history, but they ended up killing more people than the “psycho-gene human.”
At present, Go Mu Chi, a prosecutor whose family was murdered by a psychopath serial killer when he was small, is on a life mission to find any connection to the killer. He is joined by a rookie police officer, Jung Ba Reum.
Ba Reum tries to get the answer to whether one could actually identify psychopaths or not. But because of this, he, Go Mu Chi, and Park Ju Hyun get entangled in some very complicated serial killer cases.
Surrounded by many suspicious pieces of evidence, the killer lurks around them, but will they be able to figure out the difference between a psychopath and a genius before it is too late?

What fan can we expect from Mouse season 2?
Mouse Season 2 will continue with the same question of whether one can recognize a psychopath before hand or not. The genius doctor Yo Han, who was mistaken for the psychopath killer, was killed, and his brain was transported into Ba Reum, the actual psychopath, which gave him feelings.
In season 2, we might see Lee Seung Gi reprising his role as Ba Reum and continuing with his murder spree while escaping. There might even be a new main character who will be investigated to continue the experiment of recognizing psychopaths and geniuses.
Mouse Season 1 had a lot of twists and turns, and we are hoping that they will be carried into its second season too. Kwon Hwa Woon said that he would like Yo Han to smile in the second season and be happy in some other universe.
What happened at the end of Mouse Season 1 (Recap)

But things are not done with Go Moo Chi and Jung Ba Reum. Go Moo Chi finds that there is still some evidence left, i.e., there is still a serial killer out there.
While Bo Ram’s memories return slowly, it is revealed that Yo Han was actually from the 1% of the genius population. And Bo Ram, who was the actual psychopath killer from the start, has now become soft because of Yo Han’s brain in him.
