Storyline of Migi and Dali: What it able to be about?
On December 13, 2021, it was decided that Nami Sano’s much-acclaimed manga work, Migi and Dali, would be adapted into an anime series, seven- episodes long. The manga got a lot of appreciation because of its unique plot. When the makers made the official announcement of adapting it into an anime series, the expectations were skyrocketing.
The show revolves around a childless couple, the Sonoyamas, who decided that the only way to deal with the terrible pain of not having a child is to adopt one. The couple decided to go to an orphanage one day, and they brought home with them a lovely boy, Hitori. Hitori is given a spacious room, good food, a beautiful family and a lovely life.
However, one thing constantly haunts him and climbs up his conscience, and that is hiding his unfortunate secret. Hitori has two identical twin brothers. These brothers constantly switch positions and confuse everyone away from reality.
This show combines goth, horror, comedy, mystery, suspense and thrill. Every scene and every action makes us ask for more and more all the time, which is why there has already started a conjecture of another season of Migi and Dali.
Migi and Dali Season 1 Recap
In the room, Migi is stuck while Dali continues to explore the rest of the house. Migi finds out that Reiko, the matriarch, practices behavior modification and decides to act childishly to get information from her.
However, Dali is feeling quite famished. It is intriguing to note that the family’s dog is aware of this and proceeds to share her own food with him. Dali doesn’t have any alternative but to accept the kibble that the furry companion provides him.
Mrs. Reiko is convinced by Hitori’s performance that he is starting to see himself as a young child. As a result, she invites him to have a meal with her family and assures him that she will return him to the Sonoyamas the next day.
After their previous attempts to uncover the truth were unsuccessful, Migi and Dali make a joint decision to give it one last shot that evening. While searching for answers, they come across evidence suggesting that Eiji could be accountable for their mother’s demise.
The next day, Migi and Dali go back to the Sonoyama house. Migi, pretending to be Hitori, feigns illness during dinner with the family. As Dali is extremely hungry, he takes Migi’s place. Later on, Mrs. Sonoyama offers Dali a slice of cherry pie, and this brings the episode to a conclusion.
