When is Mammals Season 2 coming out?

Storyline of Mammals: What it able to be about?
Jamie Buckingham (played by James Corden), a successful Michelin-star chef, is a devoted and loyal husband to his wife, Amandine (played by Melia Kreiling) and they are expecting their first child together.
They are on a holiday together and meet Sir Tom Jones during their stay and also get to watch whales moving in the sea. The premise gives you a happy couple-expectant-towards life and future- vibes.
But soon, things turn sour when Amandine suffers a miscarriage and to inform their near and dear ones, Jamie uses her mobile phone. He discovers his wife’s affair with someone called Paul.
He along with Jeff, his brother-in-law tries to find answers to his questions regarding Amadine’s affair. Jeff is married to Jamie’s sister, Lue and this new brotherhood between them and the discovery of an affair hinders their marriage as well. Amazon has revealed a brief plot synopsis for Mammals. It reads:
“What starts as a romantic getaway, quickly escalates into a dark comedy-drama which explores the truths at the heart of modern relationships.”
What happened at the end of Mammals Season 1?
We get to know that Jamie finds Amandine having an affair with someone named Paul. He goes on this spiralling journey of finding whom she has an affair with and wondering why she would cheat on him in the first place.
He discovers that Amandine has been cheating on him with more than one person and that breaks him into questioning how whom and when did this start.
Jamie along with Jeff hunts answers to his questions and Jamie gets sucked into this rabbit hole of finding the start of the affair and when his relationship with Amandine began.
The show takes us along the journey of Jamie, funnily and comically, dealing the heavy plot with some madness to it. The show ends with Jamie and Amandine confronting each other, where Jamie asks how could she betray him with not one but three people which also involves his best friend.
She starts by asking whether he remembers the manifesto that was made by them years ago and it’s been 7 years, 3 weeks and one day since then. She then turns on a TV where Amandine is burning the manifesto and when she turns around, she finds Jamie with a woman on the balcony.
Jamie sits there in shock while watching the TV and the turn of events conjuring to that. Amandine walks out and drives off in her car and we get to see a whale in the middle of the road.
The show has whales appearing out of nowhere and it is used as a metaphor to subtly display the inner turmoil of Jamie dealing with the huge revelation of his wife’s infidelity.

What will happen in Season 2 spoilers and expectations?
Season two can explore the characters and the plot from where it left off. It can pay more attention to the second couple- Jeff and Lue and their marital life and each character’s arcs. Or the drama could work around Jamie trying to get back with Amadine and get to work things out.
