Lazarus Anime Storyline

Hapuna, a miraculous medicine discovered by Dr. Skinner in 2052, is no more than an Elixer to humankind. It is known to be a cure-all drug which can protect mankind from all sorts of diseases and infections. After lots of tests by the doctor himself, there were no found drawbacks, for which he was awarded the Nobel Prize.

As everyone continues to live peacefully for three years, Dr. Skinner returns, but being the Parchment of Death. He announces Hapuna to be dangerous, as it will reduce the life of a person to 3 years. Eventually, Skinner is seen as a global threat, as his plans to cleanse this sinful world by bringing it to its knees seem to work successfully.

A special response team of 5 highly trained agents are assembled to fight this threat, as well as find Dr Skinner to create an antidote for this abomination.
