On May 9, 2023, the makers officially tweeted that the anime adapted from this four-comic manga will have a fall release. In September 2023, it was announced that the show would be released on October 9, 2023.

Hoshikuzu Telepath Season 2 Storyline: What Would It Be Able to Be About?
Umika Konohoshi has always been a straight-A-grade student. The teachers love her, and her classmates envy her. But her major problem is her social skills. She is timid, awkward, and extremely shy. If given a chance, she could totally go into space and live there happily without any trouble.
Neither does she talk to anybody, nor does she like to do it. His inability to communicate with others makes her the black sheep of Fujino Misaki High School.
However, as every introverted friend needs an extroverted companion, Umika found solace in the new student in school, Yu Akeuchi, a self-proclaimed alien. They both complimented each other in the most perfect ways.
One was a social butterfly, and the other hid herself from everybody; one wanted to go to space, and the other wanted to return home. Their struggles culminated in their mission of creating a rocket, with the help of another classmate, Haruno Takaragi, who Is also the class Vice President.
Along with these three, Matataki Raimon, a mechanic, also helped them find a Rocket Research Association, where they started building a rocket to go to space.
What Happened at the End of Hoshikuzu Telepath Season 1?
Since the story deals with the journey of four different people coming together to make a rocket and go to space, the first season might end on that note, where the Rocket Research Association has finally succeeded in building a rocket and is all set to go to space.
However, since only five episodes of the show are out, we are still determining what trajectory the show might take; whether the makers will follow the same plot as the manga or create something new is yet to be under wraps.
