Gabi Mosely herself is a victim of kidnapping and she saved herself from the situation by knocking down the kidnapper with a frying pan at the age of 16. And since then she had made up her mind that she would fight for the kidnapped people and find them.

Found (2023) Episode 13 was the latest episode that was released. It was released on January 16, 2024. Episode 13 will be the last episode of Season 1 of Found (2023), as reported by NBC.

The 13th episode of Found (2023) is “Missing while forgotten.” The plot of episode 13 is going to sum it all up. This episode dives deeper into Sir’s case. If you didn’t know, Sir was the one who had kidnapped Gabi when she was 16. People have pointed out that Sir loves her but not in a sexual way.
He is obsessed with her and as he says, Gabi is his “air.” So in the finale, Sir gets exposed leaving Gabi shocked. Gabi also decides to hand Sir over to the cops. W
ill she be able to do that? Moreover, the episode showcases one of the most important cases the crisis management team has ever had. It is a missing case of a little girl whom they have been tracking for months.
Will they finally get hold of her? Is her case somehow connected to Sir? This finale is bound to blow our minds and might end in a cliffhanger.

Found (2023) Ending Recap
The biggest spoiler of this show is that Gabi is still connected with her kidnapper. Yes! Gabi takes the help of her kidnapper Sir, in solving the missing cases.
She has been keeping Sir in a basement and has been threatening him that she would turn him in, however, Sir is clever and he tells her if she turns him in, he will spill all her secrets and tell them how she kidnapped him and has been using him to solve all the cases.
If he went down, Gabi would go down with him. In most of her cases, she focuses on the missing people who do not get found because their cases do not get much media coverage.
These people include people of color, people who are discriminated against because of their gender, the work they do, or their lifestyle choices.
Gabi becomes their voice. One of the cases is that of a boy who had gone missing for 13 years (The Margaret Reed Case.), Gabi successfully finds him and reunites him with his mother.
Another big spoiler for you is that one of the team members already knew about Gabi’s dark secret. Dhan knows her secret. He confronts Gabi about it and we find out that he was the one who found Sir for Gabi.
All this time he thought Sir was dead or in prison. He tells Gabi that she has become the very monster she has been trying to save victims from. She is a kidnapper! At the end of the show, Dhan understands Gabi and realizes how important Sir is for solving the cases.
Gabi feels guilty and says that first thing tomorrow (Season finale, that is) she will confess in front of all the team members and hand over sir to Trent, the detective.

Will There Be a Season 2 Of Found (2023)?
Yes! NBC has given us a green signal for Found Season 2. Thankfully, this official announcement was made way before, back in November 2023. So fans do not have to think about whether Found will end with only season 1 or not.
According to NBC, Found and The Irrational have become two of their top must-watch shows, and they are proud to announce that these two shows will be getting second seasons.
The release date is not yet announced, but since Season 1 was released in the fall of 2023, Season 2 of Found will be released in the fall of 2024.
It is expected that Sir will be returning, as will the entire crisis management team; however, there can be some new members and some new challenging cases. Some old cases that were not solved might surface as some new threads come to the surface.
