In Choose Love, Cami’s original plan was to get engaged to Paul, marry him, and have kids with him. But with the arrival of Rex and Jack in her life, she stumbles from her original plans.
Out of the six endings, Cami ends up with Paul in two of them. In the first choice, she ignores Rex and Jack and goes back to Paul, whom she marries. In the third ending, after she gets together with Jack, she later breaks up with him, and when Paul proposes to her, she accepts.
When Cami chooses Paul, both of them get happily married in Las Vegas by the conclusion of the movie.
