What happened at the end of Ultraman Season 4?
A lot of things happened in the grand ending of Ultraman season 3, The increasing threat by the aliens, the emergence of a new alien, who has evil plans to make humans turn against the Ultramen and then be justified for killing them, Shinjiro’s enhanced powers come into play as he accidentally ends up killing the aliens on a mission and causing many casualties due to inability to control his powers, and incurs others suspicion.
Hayato, shinjiro’s dad, is killed in an alien attack; despite being suspended, Shinjiro disobeys the organization’s orders and chases after the alien, summoning his new suit, however once again, he loses control and ends up causing mayhem, for which he is arrested, now Mephisto uses this time to influence humans into thinking Ultramen are more harmful and should be eradicated and attacks the SSSP, our protagonist realizes that there is a spy within SSSP, and upon inspection it is revealed that it was none other than Edo who plans to make humans and Ultraman enemies and join star cluster council so that they won’t mind the killing of Ultramen,
In the final battle, we see Zetton, the giant monster, enter the human world; Shinjjiro and his team fight off the final villain in a thrilling war with tremendous power and defeat Zetton; when Edo tries to kill Shinjiro, he is destroyed by Shinjiro’s giant of light attack. Humans now realize that Ultramen are the protectors and not enemies of Earth; at the other end, we see The SSSP is now under Moriboshi, and the other teammates find that Shinjiro didn’t quit but is protecting the Earth as Ultraman as the danger continues.
