The first season aired from 26th May of this year and on the same day it released all the episodes of the recurring season.

What Is The Storyline Of The Gryphon Series?
In our childhood days, I hope most of us liked shows like Harry Potter which involved a bit of fantasy and horror.
That show did make some of us think wanting to wear those old hats combined with that wand to perform some magic and have fun.
Even after growing up, we choose to live in this fantasy world unaware of our surroundings in our leisure time. We think ourselves as the heroes who are on their little quest to defeat the well known demons of our dreamed stories.
Our television series, also goes around a similar youngster named Mark, who discovers of an unlikely connection in his family to a magical world on his 16th birthday.
On our birthday, we usually think of cutting a birthday cake and having a party, but here we are talking about Germany in the year 1994.
When it was gradually recovering from the attacks of World War II. This world called the ‘Black Tower’ which is ruled by a powerful and dangerous Gryphon is introduced to him by Thomas, his brother.
Now, the time has come for him to become the next in line to protect the world from this evil monster’s clutches.

I found the English-dubbed version of The Gryphon by accident, and I like it. I was surprised by how bad the reviews were. It reminds me of the Netflix shows Dark and Stranger Things.
It takes place (roughly) in the early 1990s and has a lot of computer music in the background like Stranger Things (which I love).
There are also a lot of well-known alternative songs and old hip hop songs that were popular back in the day. The bad guys look a bit like White Walkers, and the other scary creatures look like something from the Alien movie series. Overall I’m glad I found this show, and I’m looking forward to the next season(s).
