One day, when he reaches his office, he finds out that the company he had been working for had gone bankrupt, and so it has shut down its business. Poor Koinu is jobless but hopeful of seeking another job, so he tries his best to get a job.
Koinu soon takes a job offered by a mysterious agency. The job was a ridiculous one, to paste dog stickers all over the city. Koinu doesn’t know the purpose of his job but does the job regardless.
The show focuses on Koinu doing his silly job, living his life, and new characters that arrive in his life, like Inu Senpai, who is Koinu’s caring senior and instructor.
What Happened at the End of Stick It on Around Koinu Season 1?
Stick It On Around Koinu is all about Koinu’s day-to-day life and the friends he makes on the way. The first episode of Season 1 shows our protagonist taking his job of stickling dog stickers everywhere very literally.
Koinu goes on to stick dog stickers even on the elevator buttons, which causes a lot of confusion for whoever uses the elevator. Meanwhile, there is a rumour going around that the stickers that Koinu pastes are very lucky.
On the other hand, we see Koinu watching a hungry dog work for Mr. Saki for food. He is a dry cleaner who believes Koinu can bring good luck. The second episode revolves around a dog who loves Decora fashion, and she requests to get a glittery sticker from the other dog whom she meets.
When she receives the glittery sticker, she thanks the dog and tries to show her gratitude through an act of kindness. A confusing and laughable issue happens when a dog with Maracas appears out of nowhere, dancing about Koinu and leaving him in utter confusion.
In Episode 3, we meet new characters called Iro and Nurou, who are a performing duo called Inurou. Their goal is to perform at the upcoming finals of the Inu 1 Grand Prix. As they practice for the preliminary round, they see Koinu going about his day, and they decide to make him the subject of their performance.
Episode 4 shows how Koinu lost his job and got a job at the Dogness Company Inc. He gets the job of sticking dog stickers, and he needs to know the purpose. Still, he accepts the offer. Episode 5 shows Koinu receiving training from his Senpai inu named Kenken.
That very day, Koinu comes across a scary black dog with his ear about to be torn off. He also has a sleepless night. In the sixth episode, Koinu gets caught by a rock band for putting stickers on their instruments; he uses a unique tactic he learned from his Senpai to deal with the band.
