Frieren at the Funeral Storyline: What Would It Be Able to Be About?
Humanity fought back as best as they could but it wasn’t enough, that is until Frieren showed up. Frieren was an elf mage who had immense power. After a long and hard battle, humanity finally won. But for Frieren, victory came at great cost.
She was immortal while her friends were not — one by one they grew old and passed away. Grief-stricken and disillusioned, Frieren traveled aimlessly in search for purpose. Hundreds of years went by before she stumbled across Fern, a young human who wanted to learn magic no matter the cost.
At first, she refused but eventually accepted when she realized that teaching her might bring some good into this world. During their travels they encountered so many things: dangerous monsters, ancient ruins, secrets long lost to time.
As Frieren and Fern progressed in their journey, their bond strengthened. Fern became a surrogate daughter to Frieren, who was missing her old friends. And in turn, Frieren found solace and companionship in Fern.
Their journey was to find the remnants of the Demon King’s army to prevent evil from coming back. Along the way, they developed friendship, courage, and hope, proving that even when faced with adversity, the human spirit can endure.
