In a heartbreaking twist, it turns out that Amanda is also pregnant, but will now have to serve time in prison. Amanda asks Eric to take custody of her kid after telling him she would plead guilty.
Eric gets a message on his cell phone from Charlie, the kid Kate put up for adoption while she was a kid, telling him if he wishes to discuss while determining whether or not to care for Amanda’s child. Eric (Michael Ealy) realizes that his wife’s murderer was close by him the entire time.
