When is Mr Mercedes Season 4 coming out?

Storyline of Mr Mercedes: What is it able to be about?
In a small American town far from the city, a murder occurs: a group of people is killed by a car. The police search for the killer’s car, but find it submerged in a lake days later. Another murder happens a month later, leaving the town in shock.
An old detective takes on the case, reminded of his past failures. As the police are reluctant to tackle the case, the burden falls on him. However, when a copycat killer emerges, the detective realizes the threat is closer than he thought.
Meanwhile, the original killer believes their plan is flawless. But when a follower appears, seeking to emulate the murders, the situation becomes even more complicated. The detective plans to manipulate this follower to his advantage, creating a tangled web of deception that may one day unravel.
What happened at the end of Mr Mercedes Season 3?
Lou determines she has to go get a job and she attempts to get employment at the electronics store she and Brady used to be at, but she is refused. Jerome tries to make Hodges understand the car as a key to open the door to the buried memories which he seems to do.
Ally without planning comes back home, telling Hodges she is pregnant and asking for a place with him. He returns to Alma’s shack and discovers it to be empty; Bellamy having stashed her corpse.
Having already spoken to Hodges and Ida, Bellamy insists Pete talk to him right away or else he will take Marjorie’s life. Jerome tracks down Marjorie’s phone while Pete and Bellamy meet where Pete admits that he will burn the manuscripts if he or his mother is killed by Bellamy.
Bellamy decides to kill Marjorie, Hodges shoots him, and Pete knocks a lighter over onto the scripts. Bellamy dies by burning trying to decipher them, while Hodges sees a ghost of Rothstein watching them.
The Sauber family reunites, Holly gives the paperweight back to Ally which she used to stop Brady, while Ally moves in with Hodges and Lou takes Brady’s old job as an ice cream vendor, all being well now.
