Kena Bridge of Spirits Rot Guide – How to Increase Your Rot Level

Ember Lab’s Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a third-person action-adventure game. Kena: Bridge of Spirits is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Kena: Bridge of Spirits is situated in a lovely world populated with all types of fascinating characters. You play Kena, a third-generation spirit guide tasked with assisting restless spirits in their transition to the afterlife. Unfortunately, Kena’s home is being destroyed by widespread corruption, and it is up to her to fight back. Kena, inspired by games like Pikmin, can enlist the help of cute small forest creatures known as Rot. These charming goobers can help you solve puzzles, fight opponents, move objects, point out critical items you might miss, and remove any corruption you come across. While you will initially have only a few, it is beneficial to seek out additional recruits for your small army.

Get More Rot

How to Get More Rot

  • Rot can be obtained in two ways in the video game Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The first way to obtain them is by just completing a given chapter in the game’s storey or beating a certain crucial adversary. After achieving that feat, the player will be rewarded with several Rot, boosting the player’s chances of levelling up Rot. This is not a reliable way to upgrade the level though because you will be needing more of them to get stronger. The story-centric awards will bring you to a certain level, but they will not lead you to where you want to go.
  • The second way to obtain Rot is to actively look them out throughout the world. They are hiding in the environment, and if you look closely and uncover hiding spots, you will find the Rot. Just interact with suspected things or surrounding components to discover them.
How to Find Nearby Rot

How to Find Nearby Rot?

There is a strong indication that Rot exists in that particular object or location. Look for anything that are glowing pink because that is where the Rot is hiding. To summon these amusing beings, simply press L1 near the object or Triangle to interact with it. This will summon a little pink orb, which will subsequently transform into a Rot when it lands on Kena’s feet. Now press Triangle to attract it to your fold.

Another way to locate Rot is to use Kena’s Taro mask. It will track the footprints of the small ones to where they are hiding. The mask is acquired early in the game and is capable of detecting a variety of intriguing objects in the surroundings, including Rot and other indications. Remember that Kena will be unable to move while wearing the mask, so avoid wearing it when following a lead.

What Happens When a New Rot Joins?

Adding a wild Rot to your current Rot circle successfully will make it a permanent addition and raise the Rot Level. It will not quickly level up, but it will raise it up to a certain amount. It will not immediately level the surface, but rather raise it to a certain point. More Rot beings will provide more experience to increase it level up. Increased Rot Level unlocks new skills and increases the number of Rot Charges available in battle. Having your Rot Level increased will unlock new skills and more Rot Charges in battle. Rot Charges can paralyse adversaries, destroy corrupted flowers, and allow Kena to conduct strong attacks.
