This anime surpasses my expectations. The characters Mumei, Ikoma, Yukima, Sukari, and many others are introduced in the first episode, making it 10 times better than the attack on titan’s first season overall.

You are not given any explanations for how it began, but you learn that the creatures are called kabane and can only be killed by piercing their hearts. I truly adore the music, the tale, the animation, the voice acting, and the characters.
