Storyline of Ishura: What it able to be about?
The world of Ishura is set under a dark shadow. The real demon king has threatened the world to harm anyone who crosses its path for the past 25 years.
The demon’s rule came to an end when it was slashed in the battle, putting a stop to its reign. But no one knows who killed the demon, so, the government initiates a tournament to find the winner of the battle with the demon.
One must know that this world consists of supernatural human beings and the tournament has different battles and competitions involving powers and skills that test one’s ability.
Each competitor has to fight amongst themselves to be titled as the strongest and ‘One True Hero’ of them all. Sojiro, The Willow Sword, is the main protagonist around which the story takes place.
He is a samurai with amazing swordsmanship that defies the law of physics. Many interesting characters are introduced throughout the anime and the chapters showcasing their unique skills and abilities.
What happened at the end of Ishura Season 1?
With only two episodes released in Disney+, the end of season 1 is yet to be known and hard to assume. The first episode titled ‘Soujirou the Willow-Sword’ aired on 3rd January 2024 having a run time of around 24 minutes.
The premise starts with a rumbling across the city and immediately shifts to the past showcasing Yuno becoming friends with Lucelles. Both of them live in the centre of the Great Labyrinth of Kiyazuna, where they both dream of a future together.
While many warriors are fighting a demon/golem, Yuno finds Lucelles being ripped to death by the golem. On being cornered, she uses Force Arts on the golem, but suddenly multiple golems appear out of nowhere.
Though she embraces her death out of guilt for not trying her best to save Lucelles, she is saved by Soujirou who is transported from another world, where he slashes everything in one Swift movement.
Soujirou vows to kill the Great Labyrinth in exchange for food from Yuno. After multiple fight sequences and strategic moves, Soujirou slashes the Labyrinth down and Yuro fulfils her promise of feeding him. And then she guides him to fellow warriors who are in Aureatia for his journey.
Episode 2 titled ‘Alus the Star Runner’ is another episode introducing one of the main characters that are in the line of the show using their skills battling for the title of One True Hero’.
Lana, the Lunar Storm, who is a spy for the new principality of Lithia, is in charge of bringing in mercenaries with Higuare and Shalk. But they are pursued by demons of their being bandits.
Episode 3 reportedly is going to cover another character – Dakai the Magpie, who returns with a magical artefact. The creatures or villains this superhero fights would be shown in the upcoming episode, making it an established character that would be given importance to this battle royale of the competition.

What will happen in Season 2 spoilers and expectations?
Spoilers are unknown or unavailable at the moment considering that the anime has just aired its first season, with one episode releasing per week from the beginning of the year. So far, 2 episodes have been released and the 3rd episode will be released by 17th Jan 2024, running for 12 episodes for season 1.
