In Season 1, both Marcel and Ira’s mothers made a match for them with each other. They both wanted their children to be married to each other so that they could be married to the same class.
So what better idea than to get them to marry each other, from friends to relatives, this concept felt like the storyline of every 90’s Bollywood rom-com.
Marcel and Ira both agree to their parents but ask for a time period of 3 months so that they can both get to know each other better.
Marcel tells Ira that he already has a girlfriend, whom he wants to marry and for that, he plans to open a cafe so that he can no longer be dependent on his parents’ money.
Ira, meanwhile, goes through dating apps to find a match for herself but is disappointed when she is rejected by men because of her weight.
