What Is The Storyline Of I Am Groot
Baby Groot begins its life in a pot, where it is cared after by robots as it grows. When Groot’s pot develops a crack, the robots switch him out for a bonsai plant instead. Baby Groot discovers some blue Grunds hiding beneath a rock and begins to play with them; however, the Grunds interpret this behavior as an assault and begin an offensive of their own.
Groot ventures to a neighboring bush in search of additional food for the Grunds, but on his way back, he inadvertently steps on one of the Grunds. Iwua, a shape-shifting alien who impersonates him, is revealed to be behind this. While they are dancing together, the alien teaches Iwua some dance routines.
Eventually, Groot kicks Iwua out of the ship through the airlock. When Groot has used up all of the mud in the pool, he will no longer be able to grow the leaves. While the squirrel bird laughs at him, Groot cuts its hair so that he can use it as a scarf. To entice the Guardians of the Galaxy to board the ship, Baby Groot collects a variety of objects from within it and then causes an explosion that creates glitter.
Rocket discovers Groot attempting to patch a hole in the ground left by the explosion. Rocket is about to be dragged out of the ship when Groot saves him just in time by giving Rocket the drawing that he had been working on.
