He was recently released from imprisonment for the murder of a narcotics dealer. When a local prostitute requests Capitani’s assistance in locating a missing coworker, he is drawn into a much greater drama about who will control the drug business in Luxembourg.

When Luc discovers the missing (dead) prostitute, her manager, Valentina Draga (Edita Malovcic), the owner of the host club Le Carat, requests that he remain on as security to safeguard her girls.
He declines, but is subsequently persuaded by “Cousin Paulette” (Larisa Faber), a prosecutor’s office employee, to go incognito with Valentina and determine who controls the local narcotics trade, the Belgians or the Nigerians.
Meanwhile, Elsa (Sophie Mousel), Luc’s first season colleague, is back, tackling a federal operation monitoring Nigerians in order to build a case for a raid.
The host clubs are losing much of their income as a result of Covid, so Valentina strikes a deal with a different club owner to drive out the Nigerians while taking over the drug business.

The only problem I feel with this series is there is not even a single likable character. I didn’t feel inspired by or attached to any of the characters. In many American thriller series, there are always a few signature characters to root for, but nobody impressed me much here. The only character I liked the most of all is Elsa, who does her job with utmost sincerity. The male characters should have been more charming or at least more impressive so that one also feels a little attached to the story.[/su_note]
