Jon Taffer and the crew from Bar Rescue are in Yucaipa, California, to save Celebrities Sports Grill. The bar is supposedly losing $10,000-$20,000 a month and being over half a million dollars in debt.
In an attempt at good publicity for his business, Max posted a video of him helping with homeless veteran outreach, which later went viral; however all it ended up doing was anger people via negative backlash on social media when they found out that the man wasn’t actually a veteran himself and many viewers were even more upset by how poorly he responded to these allegations online afterwards.

Celebrity Sports Grill is owned by brothers Max and Ryke Zahir. Ryke was injured in Afghanistan and his eyesight was damaged. Max made a video of giving a homeless veteran free food and it went viral. The bar is now $750,000 in debt and they put the bar up for sale. The stress test is a conflict resolution exercise as well as Mike has to win over the community again.

Jon identifies Max’s negativity has extended so far that it’s even in the mayor’s office. Ryke couldn’t believe that this was his old place and he wasn’t there to help make changes.

The next day, they identify problems that need to be fixed. Jon announces a few community members are coming in order to help remodel the bar and since this is he asks Max to take down the “For Sale” sign on it. Rob trains some of their staff on making new colorful cocktails for customers as well.

The new name for the bar has been chosen, The victory bar and Restaurant.Ryan trains kitchen crew on making a bacon fondue, while Jon sits with Max deciding how to repay $20,000 that was raised in their fundraiser.they renovated the bar interior; there’s an overall warmer feel present because of renovations made inside the space itself along with its new name: The Victory Bar & Kitchen.
Everyone loves this change since it allows them all to wipe clean any negative associations they may have had about working at such a place before/ reinvent themselves by putting forward more positive constructions of self instead through taking part in community service events within said location – which has now been renamed “The Victory Cafe” after being completely revamped from top-to.
As the relaunch of The Bar approaches, Ryke is stunned by how much it has changed. He couldn’t believe that this was his old place, and he wasn’t there to help make those changes possible! Even more surprising, Max served a table at the mayor’s request – all with no problems going on in the kitchen or anywhere else around him.

My Review on Celebrities Sports Grill 🤔
Celebrities are an amazing place for family and friends to come together and enjoy a family oriented environment. Max (the owner) goes around and meets his customers/friends. He treats them like a friend and doesn’t forget a face. Every time I have been in there, it’s always a hug and how have you been?! I highly recommend going to karaoke. It’s the best. Thank you for running such an outstanding place!

Conclusion:
The Victory Bar and Restaurant, renamed by Spike TV’s reality show “Bar Rescue”, has closed its doors for good. Despite the makeover done on the place after it was bought over in 2015 during Season 4 of Jon Taffer’s show, not many people noticed much different about this downtown bar except that they saw a new sign outside when compared to before. The negative reviews from previous patrons were abundant online following their changes post-makeovers which apparently affected business negatively too with all these factors taken into account including perhaps – most importantly – the viral video showing an employee being attacked at work back in December 2016 leading up to GoFundMe page started against them afterwards.. Additionally, according to reports found out later on social media platforms like Facebook.
