As someone who has served time, I found it incredibly amusing to observe participants with a negative view of prisoners and a positive view of the judicial system receive the rude awakening they deserved.
Even better when , some of them are police officers who have seen what they subjected the individuals they arrested to and have had a complete paradigm shift.
Actual criminals run the criminal justice system, and the cruel/unusual punishment individuals receive as a result never reforms or rehabilitates because the plan depends on the crime continuing.
