After a massive battle arose, only four ninja clans survived: Koga, Iga, Fuma and Saiga and all of which possess immense power in the form of crypto emaki which kept the balance of power among the clans and maintained peace and prosperity.

Time passes and the people have forgotten about the existence of ninjas, but there are still individuals who are descendants of ninjas and practise the art.

The ninja shrine, situated in the ninja city of Koka which contained the Fuma Crypt scroll. All hell breaks loose when this holy shrine is invaded by an intruder, who steals the holy Crypto scroll residing in the ninja shrine, leading to a massive battle royale among all the ninja and their clans.

The citizens of the ninja city must unite including Sakuya played by Nagisa Horimoto, Nemu played by Shiori Motodani and Xiolan played by Aya Uchida, who were living their daily lives in peace until the incident occured, causing them to take up arms and serve their duties and fight the forces responsible for the chaos and causing an all out war again.
