What Is The Storyline Of Atelier Ryza Ever Darkness And the Secret Hideout?
Reisalin “Ryza” is a stout and cheerful aspiring adventure-seeking girl. One day she decides to sneak into the mainland with her friends Lent Marslink and Tao Mongarten. They all use a boat for this purpose, and later, they meet the daughter of a wealthy merchant Klaudia Valetnz.
Klaudia joins the group and befriends them in the adventure. However, they are ambushed by the appearance of a sudden monster. When things seem dire, they are rescued by alchemist Empel Vollmer and his bodyguard Lila Decyrus.
The trio is impressed by their skills to such an extent, and they finally convince him to accept them as apprentices. Ryza and Tao go under Empel’s custody and start learning the basics of alchemy and studying further.
At the same time, Lila takes Lent under her wing. The trio together rebuild an abandoned cottage in the village which becomes the base of their operations, and they are accompanied by Klaudia later on, who has received permission from her father.
Ryza and her party later learn that Philuschia brought down the Klint kingdom in a ravaging invasion. The survivors of that war later took refuge in Kurken Island.
Kurken Island is a manufactured structure that keeps floating due to the working machinery. However, the machinery has become a danger to the island and its inhabitants due to a lack of maintenance.
Atelier Ryza Controversy
Atelier Ryza has been criticized for its oversexualized content, and the anime has a painstakingly slow narration. Fans and critics alike have spoken against the stiff narration of the show, which is a huge letdown for those eagerly waiting for this anime to be released.
